VG Manufacturing 4 adds additional functionality to Visual Grasp© for heavy manufacturing environments. Features include:

·      ·    Bill of Material lists, can be broken down by Task
·         Each Task has its own list of materials, time allocation, text entry of build instructions and attached documents such as DWG, JPG, PDF and other file types.
·         Build Scheduling is scheduled by Tasks and Tasks can be allocated to more than one worker.
·         View progress reports by Builds, Tasks and Worker.
·         Aftermath reporting details actual time vs target time, material used vs planned and discrepancies may be used to revise the Bill of Materials for future builds.
·         Material Requirement Planning screens and reports help ensure that the product required is allocated and available when the Task is scheduled to start.
·         Visual progress vs target board helps allocate work force labour to jobs to ensure that they are completed on time.
·         This module exists in addition to the basic Bill of Materials standard in the Inventory Control portion of Visual Grasp© 4.
