The various screens are logical and by virtue of how they are set up, prompt staff to enter data.

We have used WISH for many years and I can't imagine what we would do without it. As long as all staff are trained to use WISH properly, it is the best way to record information for a client so it doesn't get lost and so that all staff have access to it. And wish makes stat reporting so much easier.
