Abuser Search

Enh

We made changes to the phonetic search to overcome issues when an Abuser has more than one first name (eg. Joe Robert Smith). Previously if you had typed in just the abuser's first name (Joe Robert), the program would assume that Robert was the last name. There were other issues caused by multiple first or last names which have been addressed in this update.

Calls and Walkins

We made changes to the phonetic search to overcome issues when a Client has more than one first name (eg. Pauline Sue Young). Previously if you had typed in just the client's first name (Pauline Sue), the program would assume that Sue was her last name. There were other issues caused by multiple first or last names which have been addressed in this update.

Child Lookup

We made changes to the phonetic search to overcome issues when a Child has more than one first name (eg. Pauline Sue Young). Previously if you had typed in just the child's first name (Pauline Sue), the program would assume that Sue was her last name. We were notified that in some cases the Client File Shredder button was becoming enabled for use despite being set to not be allowed. This has been corrected in this build

Now, if the Shredder button is used, the action is logged in the Audit record as a simple audit line that the shredder was accessed.

Maintain Abuser

A minor cosmetic change: The Help button was removed from this screen.

Merging

Bug

The lookup button for the children was displaying the Client list rather than the list of Children. This has been corrected.

Now when a Client or Child workbook is merged into another workbook, the action is recorded in the Audit record to the retained file.

WISH now checks before a Client is merged if there are Stays that will overlap, or Children records that need to be merged first.

1. Backup your data files.

Changes may be made to your data when you Use this version for the first time.
Always be sure to backup your data prior toany program update installation.

2. Download the Update Installation by clicking here:

3. Have all users exit WISH 3

and run the file downloaded in the previous step. (You will need to remember where you saved the file to in Step 2.) (Note: If you are updating to a new version, you may need to get your new license key file. Refer to the document in Step 2 for assistance

4. Once that the update has been installed from one computer,

all of the other computers will be prompted to install the update for their workstation.
